BELLE PLAINE
Belle Plaine is a singer/songwriter raised on the Canadian prairies near the hamlet of Fosston, Saskatchewan. Her brand of roots music combines vintage blues and swing tones of the 1940s with country styles made popular in the heyday of the Grand Ole Opry. Honest lyrics are her constant as she weaves together genres, and though it might not seem to work on paper, when you hear it you’ll know why she reveres artists who defy categorization.

QUINTON BLAIR
Honest as a day spent on a tractor, and driven like the drifting Prairie snow. Manitoba Country Music Association Roots Artist of the Year, Quinton Blair is a self-ordained troubadour, tale-spinner and songwriter. Imagine Steve Earle jamming with Dwight Yoakam, minus the burden of fame. Influenced by the likes of Rodney Crowell, Hayes Carll and Merle Haggard, his brand of strikingly diverse roots/country music casts a wide loop, and captivates audiences with witty stories and relatable songs.

**Please be advised the Creative City Centre is up two flights of stairs. Unfortunately there is no elevator or chair lift.**
