Women in Music Canada Leadership Accelerator 2025

The WIMC Leadership Accelerator is your chance to gain the tools, network, and confidence to lead.
Presented with liaison partners ADVANCE Canada's Black Music Industry Collective, the International Indigenous Music Summit, and ArtHaus, this program prepares women and gender-diverse professionals for executive leadership roles.
This program is intended for mid-level industry professionals, in existing music companies or entrepreneurs, with a primary goal of preparing women and gender diverse music professionals for advancement to senior management and director-level opportunities. This will serve as a catalyst to create an ecosystem with more women and gender-diverse role models and mentors in senior positions. This new national program will especially cater to intersectional women and gender-diverse people who are under-represented in organizational leadership roles in the music industry nationally.
Highlights include:
- Weekly online sessions + executive coaching to sharpen leadership skills.
- 360‑degree feedback and self‑assessment to uncover strengths & growth areas.
- Case‑study learning and peer support, to build strategic thinking and connect with emerging leaders across Canada.
Apply by November 14, 2025 — program runs from early February through mid‑April 2026, with an in‑person component in Toronto.
