Connecting with musicians from during a visit to Spain, Sokyrka self-produced her fourth album in a studio well-known for recording many popular Flamenco artists. Once finding a group of sensitive players, she knew the product was bound for sonic beauty. Salome Limon added a sultry, womanly perspective, engineering the album in five modest days of sessions. An honest and unadulterated album was created, and two weeks later, Sokyrka had a fully mastered album. The production side is where Sokyrka feels most at home, and the release of “Prairie Winds” proves her capabilities to pair the perfect sound with each song. Produced by: Theresa Sokyrka.
