Terraplane is an atmospheric, delta blues-influenced four-piece with elements of bluegrass, folk and roots music. The inspiration of Terraplane and its members range from funk to folk, metal and motown, creating a unique style. This blend can be heard on their reimagining of classics such as “Mr. Sandman” and “St. James Infirmary” found on this eight-track debut. Although newly formed, Terraplane has already performed a large number of shows including a well-received performance at the 2016 Regina Blues Festival. This release was recorded ‘live off the floor’ over two days at CBC Studios in Regina.
