The Washboard Union: Five-time Country Music Award winners The Washboard Union have defied classification and have become one of the most exciting and talked about new bands on the Country music scene. “They are destined to be the new kings of country music” (CBC Canada). This year the band took home both Rising Star and Roots Artist of the Year awards at the Canadian Country Music Awards and won 3 BC Country Music Awards for Group, Songwriter and Roots Artist of the Year. They had 4 Top 20 singles (2 Top 10) in the past year with “Maybe It’s the Moonshine” & “Shot of Glory”. The band were also the #2 and #9 most played Canadian Country artist of 2016.
Brock Andrews: Brock Andrews is a four-time international award winning singer/songwriter from Saskatoon, Saskatchewan. He was nominated for 6 awards at this years SCMA awards and was honoured as a CBC Future 40 award winner. Brock was also chosen by Olé Publishing as one of the top ten new songwriters in Canada to perform during the "On the Spot" showcase at the CCMA awards weekend in 2016. His new album "Eight" debuted on the Canadian country iTunes charts at #15, and his first single "Collide" spent seven weeks in the BDS Top 100.
