Of course it is a once-in-our-lifetime event! Yet - is it fate? inevitable?? necessary??? No matter how one looks at it, Trent, Steve and Eric, aka dad rock inc., will deliver joy, fun, and, yes, rock, during a show full of firsts: at the esteemed T'he Cure, b/c of their debut album being released, with an evening lineup that includes ex-Lonesome Weekends band-mates Chris Prpich and Devon Floyd on the same stage for the first time since 2013. Maybe fate does have something going on?
More questions! Will a new southpaw guitar hero arise from the evening? Will the ghosts of 13th Avenue be exorcised? Will the fan who oft-requests Ramones finally be satiated? From the stage, will there be politics spewed, a solo bass performance delivered, a melodica blown, hearts-on-sleeves seen by all, and/or judicious use of vibra-slap employed? Questions abound, but answers are only found one way: get yer tix asap!
