Maier is a singer/songwriter who draws from a wide range of musical genres to create songs and arrangements that are truly his own.

Steven Maier is a singer-songwriter from Saskatoon, Saskatchewan. Maier carries on the fingerstyle guitar playing tradition of such artists as James Taylor and Paul Simon, creating lush arrangements for his warm, baritone voice, and his introspective, thought provoking lyrics. Formerly the singer/guitar player for pop-folk-jazz band Crestwood, and currently member of the funk-RnB-soul band FunkJoint, Steven draws influence from a wide range of musical genres and styles.
