This double feature with award winning vocalist, composer and trumpeter Johnny Summers, and special guest Juno award winner Jack Semple, will be backed by some of Canada’s top musicians, the Johnny Summers Little Big Band.
The Art of Romance, celebrates jazz through the music of Frank Sinatra, Tony Bennett, Michael Buble, Diana Krall and more. The Art of Soul will explore the styles of funk, r&b, soul, and blues through artists including Michael Jackson, James Brown, Justin Timberlake, and George Michael to name a few.
An evening filled of world class musicians and music, with original arrangements and compositions by Johnny Summers.
