Pulsating with new energy and eclectic ideas, Quartango dusts off tango standards to create an explosive mix of virtuosity, musicality, elegance, sensuality, and humour. Composed of four highly accomplished musicians who are bound by their shared passion for the tango and an unceasing desire to make a close connection with their audience, the group offers a performance filled with subtle nuances and a blend of colours that reflects both the classics and modernity. The members of Quartango are Stéphanie Aubin (piano), Antoine Bareil (violin), Jonathan Goldman (bandoneon), and René Gosselin (double bass).
