Picnic and play outside all afternoon in Les Sherman Park & inside The Neil Balkwill Centre

CVAF KICK-OFF PARADE

13th Ave. and Athol St. to Picnic at Les Sherman Park

11:00 am - To participate in the parade, meet on the East side of Holy Rosary Park). It's our 25th anniversary! Wear your  'Paint The Town' colours, symbols, costumes, banners and decorations! 
Parade Marshals will be on hand to assist.

LES SHERMAN PARK STAGE

Noon - 5x5 Cameo Performance A sneak peek of the highly anticipated 5x5. In honour of our 25th Anniversary the 5x5 is a unique five-act production directed by past Festival Chair, Joanne Crofford. featuring the five artistic disciplines: music, literature, there, dance, and visual arts, this is one performance your do not want to miss. 

12:45pm - Tribal Vibes Wild Fire Productions Drum beats, didgeridoo, singing, and bodacious tribal fusion bellydance. Tribal Vibes Wild Fire is known for its energetic performances and gypsy feel. 

1:30pm - Scottish Country Dancers Join the Regina Chapter of the Royal Scottish Country Dance Society (RSCDS) in an energetic, interactive, and educational showcase of the social dance styles of Scotland.

2:00pm - Prairie Point Fiddlers Three rising stars: Sierra Haynes, Samantha Leech, and Jayden Dreher are ready to wow you. Also watch out for them in the 5x5 on Friday May 27th under The Big Top. 

2:45pm - Allyson Reigh 100 years ago Allyson may well have been a frequent face at rural concert halls or evening sing-a-longs on a neighbour's back porch. When she's not performing as part of the Saskatoon quartet, Rosie & the Riveters, Allyson tours around the country as a solo folk artist.

3:45pm - Wolf Willow In a bland landscape of alt-country beards and banjo’s, Wolf Willow revives the forgotten side of country music; a 2/4 beat for dancing and an occasion for folks to come together to have fun.
