Regina, Saskatchewan — M.K. Denninger, a Regina artist, is releasing his solo piano debut "Impromptu in F" April 30th, 2026 on all major streaming platforms, including Spotify and Apple Music.
The piece began the way its title suggests — without a plan. He stood at his keyboard, played where his fingers landed, and a melody and rhythm appeared. He followed it. The result is a solo piano composition that moves through wonder and beauty — mixed to sound exactly the way he heard it in his head.
"Impromptu in F" is his first commercially distributed release since making music since the late 1990s. It is the debut single from his upcoming album "Opus 1", scheduled for release on October 31, 2026.
The track is available to pre-add now and will be available to stream on Spotify, Apple Music, and all major streaming platforms April 30th.
