Springside, SK — [July 2025] — Bright Lights Music, a locally owned recording and production studio based in Springside, Saskatchewan, is making waves in the Prairies with its organic sound, artist-first approach, and commitment to cultivating local talent. Owned and operated by producer, musician and certified piano technician, Adam Breitkreuz, the studio has quietly grown into a creative hub for artists from Saskatchewan and beyond.

Founded on the belief that great music starts with authenticity, Bright Lights Music is known for its warm, handcrafted production style; recording real instruments, capturing raw performances, and building every project from the ground up. Whether producing albums, tracking musicians or tuning pianos, the studio offers a unique blend of professional quality and down-to-earth collaboration.

Recent projects at Bright Lights Music showcase the studio’s growing reach and creative diversity. Full-Length albums include Ghosts by Gibson & Co., Outlaw Gospel by Collect Assembly, and two releases from Britecruise all of which have been recorded, produced, and signed to sync licensing deals with Graffiti Alley Publishing. Collect Assembly, a Christian outlaw rock band, is currently touring Western Canada, while Gibson & Co. marks the latest project from longtime Saskatchewan artist and noted guitarist Steve Gibson. In 2023, Bright Lights Music completed a major studio expansion, adding a large live room to accommodate full bands and larger sessions. Owner Adam Breitkreuz also earned certification as a piano tuner and technician in early 2025, expanding the studio’s service offerings throughout the Yorkton-Melville region.

"We’re not a cookie-cutter studio," says Breitkreuz. "We keep it real; real instruments, real emotion, real music. It’s been incredible to see the talent coming out of this small corner of Saskatchewan."

Bright Lights Music is currently booking sessions for the summer and fall, with flexible packages for indie artists, singer-songwriters, and local bands. The studio welcomes collaborations with producers, filmmakers, and sync licensing agencies looking for rich, organic soundscapes rooted in the Prairies.

For artists looking to grow their sound while staying true to their voice, Bright Lights Music offers a creative home and a trusted partner in the journey.
