Isabelle Mercier will be representing the western provinces during the Coup de coeur francophone in November. She will be attending a residency at la Place des Arts in Montreal and will be performing on November 15th with 3 other performers from the other parts of Canada in the salle Claude Leveillée. She will be performing songs from western Canada (francophone artists) as well as performing her own material.
