February 8, 2024 in Buzz

As part of the 2024 Eye on Saskatchewan Screen week and exposition (February 17-24), a MASSIVE MUSIC VIDEO making event will be undertaken in both Regina (2pm) and Saskatoon (Noon & 2pm) for the public to get involved with, and participate in. This family-friendly 60-minute event is hosted by BowTie Guy (Chris Atkinson) and his talented special guests. They will have participants (kids) learning, grooving, and contributing to the choreography and music video of his new catchy tune "My Rainbow Dancing Shoes".

Families and individuals must pre-register online and be responsible to show up to either the Saskatchewan Science Center in Regina (February 17) or the Prairieland Park in Saskatoon (February 24) to strut their dancing moves in what will be a fun, energetic and engaging event. Of course, don’t hesitate to bring your props like special hats, gloves and LED flashing shoes to help showcase your moves. As part of the online registration process, participants will be requested to permit the use of the video footage captured during this exciting event.

In addition to the dancing, they encourage families to bring their phones to capture and submit footage of their favourite registered participant(s) in the music video dance event. Your submitted footage could be used in the official release of Saskatchewan’s Massive Music Video for this new Saskatchewan-produced song.
