"Empire of Dis" is New Jacobin Club’s sixth full-length studio release, a concept album set in a post-apocalyptic fantasy world that looks back at the current state of world affairs from an uncertain future. While New Jacobin Club is known for their exotic instrumentation and circus-like stage show, “Empire of Dis” shows the musical growth and maturity of the band over the last 13 years. It is a confident combination of guitar driven rock with orchestral overtones, 80’s post-punk, and folk ballad traditions. The album is an international collaboration featuring guest vocalist Lord Montague of SteampunkFunk Bizarre (New York), and the support of an upcoming fully animated video for the track “The Hunter” by producer Aleksei Postnikov (New York) and animator Sasha Vodolazhchenko (Russia).

Just like their highly successful 2021 compilation album “Plague Tales” and 2019 instrumental album “Music from Dr Jekyll & Mr Hyde,” it is an exclusive fanclub-direct release available at www.newjacobinclub.com (CD digipak, CD/Hardcover Book, Gold Marble 12” Vinyl, Digital Download) and not currently streaming on third party platforms.
