We are deeply saddened to acknowledge the passing of Jill Mack on Sunday, March 13. To quote a friend, “Our community has lost a rockstar.” Musician, sound tech, creative being and all-around good human, Jill was friend and colleague to many and will be truly missed. SaskMusic had the privilege to work with Jill on several occasions, including enlisting her as our Production & Event Coordinator during the pandemic. Our sincere condolences go out to all Jill’s loved ones.
A funeral will be held at 10:30am March 19 at St John the Baptist Parish in Estevan, and a memorial at 3pm March 27 at Amigos Cantina in Saskatoon. All are welcome.
