SaskMusic will be recognizing International Women's Day (March 8) with educational panels on March 13 and 15, 2022. March is also recognized in several countries as Women's History Month. See below for related events. 

  

SaskMusic is presenting two amazing online panels:

The Work/Life/Art Balance panel discussion, Sunday March 13 at 2pm CST 
Moderated by Amanda Scandrett, with Denise Williams, Katie Sahlu, Kelly Bado and Peggy Hogan

"Strength In Voice - Saskatoon Honors International Women's Day"
At Capitol Music Club, Saskatoon

"We're celebrating some of Saskatoon's Powerhouse Women in music! From Folk to Hip-Hop, Blues to Rock, Spoken Word and more. The ElectroLites are lighting the fuse at 7:30, and the celebration's going all night. The crafty Rebellion women started brewing their Sparkle Motion Majestic Milkshake IPA in February and we'll have it on tap, proceeds going to the Regina Sexual Assault Centre. Tacos and Jim Beam are on special. *There are still a few spots open for Tues. Open Stagers. Space is limited, the Sign-Up list will be out at The Capital Music Club at 7:00 p.m. In-person only."
