OPERATIONS AND PROGRAM MANAGER

Saskatchewan Jazz Festival Inc. (SJF) is seeking to fill a full-time Operations and Program Manager position.

Reporting to the Executive Director this position will focus on guest experience and SJF’s Office operations.  The incumbent is responsible to prioritize efficiency, supply chain management, fiscal wellness, and schedule adherence for the benefit of SJF’s programming and operations.

MARKETING AND COMMUNICATIONS COORDINATOR

Saskatchewan Jazz Festival Inc. (SJF) is seeking to fill the position of part-time Marketing and Communications Coordinator.

Reporting to the Executive Director this position will focus on planning and executing market appropriate communications, promotions and advertising for the Saskatchewan Jazz Festival Inc. (SJF).  In alignment with SJF’s mandate, strategic pillars, and resources, this position will focus on festival visibility and audience engagement, with an aim to drive gate through the use of diverse and strategic media

The position is equivalent to .60 of full time (1235 hours annually).  Hours of work for this position are flexible and will vary throughout the year in accordance with SJF’s needs.  The work location is flexible and can occur on or offsite of the SJF office.

GRANT WRITER

Saskatchewan Jazz Festival Inc. (SJF) is seeking to fill the position of Grant Writer on an hourly or contract basis.

Reporting to the Executive Director this position will identify and facilitate appropriate funding opportunities for the Saskatchewan Jazz Festival and any related programming. With a focus on the festival’s financial security, this position aims to maintain current grants while obtaining and facilitating new grant funding.

Hours of work for this position are flexible and will vary throughout the year in accordance with SJF’s needs.

The work location is flexible and can occur on or offsite of the SJF office.
