"My First Pandemic" was written the morning of March 19th, 2020, when the implications of a global pandemic were just becoming apparent. It then sat on the shelf for months, until last week. Christian Douglas (toneshifter) decided this one HAD to be released before 2020's end. The tracks were then recorded and mixed at The Sound Castle on December 19-21, alone, by Christian.
"It's a little love letter to humanity, relating to all of the mixed feelings about our future during the earliest stages of the grieving process."
