The Wolfe Wins 'Best out of Province Band' at The 2017 Toronto Independent Music Awards

The Wolfe has just received the Toronto Independent Music Award for ‘Best out of Province Band’ announced live on Friday, October 13th 2017 at the Toronto Independent Music Awards Fest and Gala in Toronto, Ontario. The band was nominated in the ‘Best out of Province’ category, running up against Familiar Wild, Kiérah, KAIS, Alex Maher and Delhi 2 Dublin.

The Wolfe is an alternative-rock trio from Prince Albert, Saskatchewan. Canada’s Top 4 Finalist for CBC Searchlight 2017, and recipient of their home town Best of the Best awards for Best Band and the award for Best Local Musician Made Good. The Wolfe is also currently nominated for a Canadian Folk Music Award for Young Performer of The Year. The Wolfe has just returned from a Western Canadian summer tour promoting their debut EP, The Wolfe. They are currently in the process of recording their next EP, which is to drop in the spring of 2018. The Wolfe would like to say thank you to everyone who has supported them, to their families, friends, fans and to the Toronto Independent Music Awards for honoring them with this award.
