SaskMusic is pleased to once again be undertaking an export mission to the Reeperbahn Festival in Hamburg, Germany under the BreakOut West event brand, where in partnership with Alberta Music, Music BC and Manitoba Music, we will present receptions, networking events, attend business-to-business meetings and participate in Canadian Blast showcases on behalf of the Saskatchewan music market. This is SaskMusic’s sixth annual mission to Reeperbahn. This year, three Saskatchewan artists were selected by Reeperbahn organizers for official showcases: Close Talker, Megan Nash, and One Bad SonIt is the Reeperbahn debut for both Nash and One Bad Son.

Our events begin in Berlin on September 19 with a Pre-Reeperbahn event consisting of networking, business to business meetings, and showcases (see below). We will then be participating in four days of conference panels, meetings and supporting our artists who are showcasing.
