The Sunset Kids’ video “Brave” was nominated for Independent Music Video at the 2016 Hollywood Music in Media - Visual Media Awards. The HMMAs were held in Hollywood on November 17, where The Sunset Kids won the Best Pop Music Video award and were featured on the Akademia January 2017 Artist Spotlight. Praised for “(wielding) the much-sought-after combination of gorgeous vocals, impeccable melodic instincts and air-tight production to produce this unstoppable pop anthem” (The Akademia), the award winners will be honored at a 2018 Gala Event in Los Angeles (www.thesunsetkids.ca).
