The SaskTel Saskatchewan Jazz Festival believes in supporting young musicians by providing opportunities that will assist youth of all skill levels. With the support of TD the festival is proud to program the integral TD Jazz Intensive. Under the guidance of distinguished jazz educators such as Coordinator Mark DeJong, program participants will create and work toward a public performance at The Bassment, the home of jazz in Saskatoon, on Saturday, June 28, 2014.

The program runs Saturday, June 21 to Saturday, June 28 and is open to musicians enrolled in high school and university. Application is free and participation is only $100 per student thanks to generous sponsorship. Students may apply prior to the deadline of Monday May 19th online, in person or by mail.
