Jeffery Michael Straker is thrilled to release his new album Vagabond on Acronym/MDM, distributed by EMI, with a worldwide launch on October 2, 2012.
With this collection of new songs, the singer-songwriter-pianist delivers his unique signature brand of pop-cabaret, but this time, progresses in a neo-folk direction. The experimentation and evolution came, in part, due to his partnering with the hugely talented Danny Michel who lends his musical talents and assumes production and engineering roles. Danny's musical signature is evident throughout and shapes Jeffery’s songs with a more earthy, and spacious quality.
