The Afro Tribes Festival is moving to Victoria Park in downtown Regina — and preparations are underway to create an unforgettable celebration of African culture, music, food, art, and community.
Afro Tribes Festival is a registered non-profit organization that originated in Regina, Saskatchewan. Conceived by Amarachi and Victor Ejike, this initiative was born from their passion to create a sense of home in Saskatchewan for their family. Their continuous pursuit to infuse the vibrant traditions of African culture into the social fabric of Saskatchewan is their solution to address social health challenges, maintain cultural continuity, raise awareness, and increase youth engagement within their community.
As the festival expands in 2026, the organizing team is inviting passionate artists and dedicated volunteers to join the planning committee and help bring this vibrant cultural experience to life.
Artists: Showcase Your Talent
The festival is currently seeking talented creatives across a wide range of disciplines, including:
- Visual artists and painters
