“Turn up the crunch! Turn up the twang! Fontaine’s third solo album, “Blue Sky Girl” twists and turns down a back grid road while offering up a few surprises along the way. Co-produced by David j Taylor and Jay Semko (Taylor brings the crunch—Semko brings the twang), this album features co-writes with Lyn Besse McGinnis and Debra Keller; a David j Taylor collaboration with Smokekiller and Jen Lane; and a cover of Semko’s (The Northern Pikes) mega-hit, Things I Do For Money.
