Sharp, clever songwriting and intricate lyrical techniques are combined over soulful, throwback production that evokes the golden era of '90s hip-hop. The album is at times reflective and thoughtful, and at times playful and witty, but ultimately serves as a monument to self-improvement and personal passion. Guest appearances include ECMA-winning and Juno-nominated Halifax rapper Ghettosocks, Independent Music Award winner Rel McCoy, Hand'Solo Records alum The Mighty Rhino, and Saskatchewan's own Bex.
