This new album was recorded at the College-Conservatory of Music in Cincinnati, where Maria is currently obtaining an Artist Diploma in Opera Coaching. Maria is the arranger and/or songwriter/lyricist for each song, and also performs on each. Her originals include “A Prairie Anthem: Ode to Saskatchewan”, along with an assortment of Christmas carols that she has arranged. A variety of guest instrumentalists perform on the album - including woodwinds, strings, brass, keyboard and vocals - all of whom go to school with Maria.
