The Range Men

Created as an outlet for his love of western roots music and historic themes, Don Modderman (well-known for bands such as Crofter’s Revenge and Ragtime Don & the Ghost Town Gang) partners with Thom Tisher on vocals, guitar and bass to create The Range Men. This, their third album, touches on early cattle ranching in song “Range Men,” and the little-known story of Kootenay Brown - an early Canadian folk hero. Thom revisits Gordon Lightfoot’s classic Canadian Railroad Trilogy and the album ends with “Carry Me Back,” an ode to the prairie west. Produced by: Don Modderman.
