It has been a longtime dream of Humboldt country/roots artist Hergott (of local band 40oz. Philosophy) to put together a full length Christmas album. Now, with the help of producer Randy Wood the dream has come true. The album contains three original songs and five Christmas standards interpreted in Hergott’s guitar and vocal style. The musical inspiration for the album comes from ‘old country’ - where the stories and the heartache linger long after the song is over. Connecting with people through music by stirring emotion and sharing lessons learned is the main goal of this prairie singer.
