Etiquette For A Life Well-Lived

Hollow Oax

September 2017

Hollow Oax delves into dark, yet at times hauntingly bright, sounds that are truly unique. Former frontman Jon Walker from the Saskatchewan psych-punk band Pandas In Japan embarks on a solo journey, sometimes with a little help from friends, for his debut release. Joining Walker on the album is drummer and producer, Maxwell ‘Raeburn’ Warner as well as bassist Billy Tataryn, of the bands Castle River and Acronyms. With influences ranging from Andy Shauf, City & Colour, Radiohead, The Strokes, and more, Hollow Oax blends solid grooves with an atmospheric edge.

Produced by: Jon Walter and Maxwell Warner. Recorded at: Magik Carpet Studios, Saskatoon. Released: September 16, 2017
