Regina’s Government Town has been described as Celtic-tinged, country-flavoured, alt rock, folk, pop and Canadiana. Their self-titled debut was released in July 2013 and immediately gathered praise, award nominations and airplay. The band’s second album II was released in November 2014. “We’re excited for people to hear the new music,” says singer-songwriter Mike Harmel. “Everyone worked so hard on this record. I think people will hear the growth of the band and of us, as individual musicians.
