Arnason joined Saskatoon-based record label, Sound and Silence Collective in 2013, and began tracking for her debut full-length album. Stone & Feather is the second account of Arnason’s musical unfolding. Following her independent EP Gentle Step released in 2011, Stone & Feather continues an already established atmosphere of dreamy and ethereally dark lullabies. The minimal guitar and vocals are laced with looming cello and violin to create a softness that is both haunting and comforting to the listener. Produced by: Muskwa Lerat.
