An eclectic fusion of ska, rock, reggae, funk, Latin and jazz, Misterfire is high-energy fusion with influences ranging from The Cat Empire to Sublime. Their unique blend of genres caters to listeners of diverse musical backgrounds. As a follow up to their 2012 debut album “All Lit Up,” Misterfire collaborated with Pereira to record this five-track EP. With Pereira’s multi-genre expertise as a frontman for Saskatoon-based reggae/rock group The Steadies and a founding member of Canadian rock/blues legends Wide Mouth Mason, the group crafted five stand-alone tracks that span the entirety of their musical spectrum.
