7:30pm Collective Sound Journey with Sound Haven Wellness (upstairs)
Dress comfortably. Please bring a yoga mat, blanket, and pillow and eye mask if you wish, as the session will involve relaxation and sound. Some mats and masks will be available if you don't have one.

Step into a space where sound becomes a pathway inward. Erin Barnes, founder of Sound Haven Wellness, offers immersive sound journeys that invite the body to soften, the mind to settle, and the nervous system to find deep rest.

Working with a blend of instruments from around the world and a deeply intentional presence, Erin creates rich landscapes of sound that are not only heard, but felt throughout the body. Waves of tone and resonance gently move through the space, opening room to release tension, quiet the mind, and reconnect with the inner worlds that shape our expression.

For musicians and artists who spend much of their lives creating and sharing sound, this experience offers a rare opportunity to simply receive it. Within this space, sound becomes both refuge and inspiration, supporting reflection, restoration, and a renewed connection to one’s creative essence.

Erin is honoured to share this work as an offering of presence, holding space for sound to nourish the body, awaken the senses, and gently reconnect us with the creativity that lives within.

9:00-915pm Break

Then, in this fun and focused 1-hour vocal workshop, you’ll warm up your voice with guided exercises, explore techniques to help you develop a stronger high mix, and apply what you learn right away. We’ll finish by bringing it all together in a group song, giving you a chance to experience the technique in real music.
