Earl will be coaching the group on live performance skills during a hybrid session - you can attend in person in Regina or through Zoom.

For those attending in person, we will require proof of double vaccination along with a government-issued ID. Participants will also be required to mask.

Pre-registration is requested: please email group coordinator Bob Davies to do so. Those attending via Zoom will receive a link by email.
Select participants attending in Regina will be able to do a song and get feedback. If you'd like to be on this list, bring your instrument and your own microphone with you. A mic stand and amp with voice and guitar inputs will be available.

About Earl Pereira
Earl Pereira got his rock n' roll pedigree as a founding member of Wide Mouth Mason, who had 3 Gold records, three 3 JUNO nominations, and a host of other accolades and awards. He has toured the world, playing nearly 3000 shows and opening for iconic acts such as The Rolling Stones, AC/DC, The Guess Who, Alanis Morissette, Van Morrison, The Tragically Hip, and many more. Pereira was also named one of Canada's top bassists in Canadian Musician magazine. Throughout his music career, Pereira has worked with a roster of legendary producers including David Leonard (Paul McCartney, Prince), Joel Van Dyke (Aerosmith, Bryan Adams), and Todd Burke (Red Hot Chili Peppers, No Doubt, Johnny Cash).

After establishing himself as one of the more entertaining musicians in Canada, Pereira began to work as a performance coach, inspired by both his love for performing and watching the world-renowned 'live producer' Tom Jackson at a workshop during Canadian Music Week in 2008. Over the past 10 years, Pereira has coached over 200 artists and bands, helping drastically improve their live shows and ability to impact and fully connect with audiences. Pereira has held workshops at high profile conferences such as Peak Performance Project, Song Rise Conference, and Breakout West.

Earl Pereira's versatility in the studio allows him to adapt to almost any genre from pop, rock, adult contemporary, indie, and folk to jazz, blues, world, reggae, and R&B. Currently, Pereira is focused on coaching, producing, mentoring, and co-writing, but mostly working with his band The Steadies, who perform close to 100 shows per year and were recently signed to Bristol Records/Copperine (Nashville) & Sony - The Orchard.

"After over 20 years in the music business, I feel like I am just hitting my stride musically and I'm having more fun than ever. My goal is to try to help artists and make music with integrity, creativity, and honesty. Basically, I just love music...it's all art to me." - Earl
