Cara Taylor is a mental health educator based out of Saskatoon. Professionally, she has worked as a social worker in inpatient psychiatry, on a mobile mental health crisis response team, and run a small, local non-profit which told personal stories of mental illness to reduce stigma. Currently, she offers and develops mental health trainings and workshops. Her hope is to grow communal knowledge of mental health and wellness through engaging learning opportunities.
