Come join us for an unforgettable outdoor afternoon set in front of the grain elevator in the Sukanen Ship Pioneer Village! Singer-songwriter pianist Jeffery Straker's Prairie Skyscraper Concert Series stops in the village, bringing you live music in a unique setting. The performance will celebrate songs from Jeffery's recording release "Great Big Sky" including his ode to prairie grain elevators "More than Two by Fours and Timber". The album just saw Jeffery named "Contemporary Canadian Folk Singer of the Year" at the 2025 Canadian Folk Music Awards.
