International Women's Day Concert

SaskMusic is pleased to present special concerts across Saskatchewan on March 7-8, 2020 in celebration of International Women's Day, and with the generous support of federal agency The Foundation Assisting Canadian Talent on Recordings (FACTOR Canada.) #FACTORfundedWomensDay

This is an all-ages concert event with non-assigned seating. This event is in a restaurant, so you can also opt to reserve a table, and come earlier for supper if you like (please contact Grumpy's directly at 306-782-2422)

Erin Hill 

With several Saskatchewan Country Music award nominations, and countless performances under her belt, Erin is back in the studio with Bart McKay at Bart McKay Productions, Saskatoon where she now calls home. 2020 will see the release of new material from Erin. The album will be written entirely by Hill and shows the depth and maturity of this artist.

Sabrina Demyen

Singing from a young age, Sabrina has honed her live show in places from coffee shops to Country Thunder Saskatchewan, with regular shows around Saskatchewan. With a musical maturity and passion for her art, Sabrina was crowned the winner of the 2017 CKRM Proudly Saskatchewan Showcase, also winning the “Spirit of Saskatchewan Songwriting Award.” With a sound reminiscent of Dolly Parton crossed with Little Big Town, and the attitude of Gretchen Wilson, watch for Sabrina on tour.

Stick Graft

Stick Graft is the compositional and performance fusing of Chapman Stick artist Brian Baggett (Fort Qu’Appelle) and flautist, singer Marie-Veronique Borque (Regina).This pairing, formed in January 2019, offers a unique instrumental combination of wind and amplified strings with an uncategorized style leaning towards jazz and improvisation.

Full of emotion, carried by a velvet voice, velours is a singer continuously writing and performing aAlternative pop/blues style music that connects with others on an empathetic level. Her desire to understand and explore feeling through music resonates with her audience.
