Description

Rivertown was formed in the spring of 1987, in Big River, Saskatchewan. In our 36 year history, we've played many types of shows, including clubs, music festivals, weddings, and television. We recorded and released only two albums in that time. We have won awards for our songwriting, guitar playing, and drummer category as well. We currently have 14 songs available on all streaming platforms.

    Rivertowns second release. The album contains eight tracks, five of which are newer, while the last three tracks are from the distant past. The album is a dedication to a lost band member, who tragically lost her life, in an automobile accident in 1994, en route to a live performance with the group, at the Rabbit Lake Jamboree. The album is like a blend of Tom Petty, Steve Earle and Neil Young.
