Description
Pierre Bazin is a drummer with over 25 years experience. He is versatile and seasoned both on stage and studio. He is primarily a metal drummer, and can comfortably play rock, country, alternative, blues, Celtic and orchestra/symphonic percussion. He is currently the drummer for the Saskatoon-based progressive melodic death metal band Singularity.
Pierre is extensively trained in music theory, and has songwriting and recording experience. He has a fully-equipped studio for tracking and mixing live drums. Additionally, he has a large sample library with both electronic and acoustic drum sounds to add electronic elements to your drum sound or to assist in writing demos. He can provide recorded drum tracks for your next project.
He is known for his preparedness and professionalism when playing live performances. He has experience taking a full night's set on relatively short notice. Whether it's covers or originals, he can learn your set quickly and deliver a professional performance. He emphasizes punctuality and preparation, and will show up early to load-in and sound check.
