Description

Jordan Perry is a Saskatoon-born music producer, singer, songwriter, artist, composer, drummer and audio engineer. Entering the Canadian music scene in 2004 as the drummer of Montreal’s technical death metal band Derelict (who would go on to be nominated for a Canadian Independent Music Award), Jordan switched his focus to production in 2013. Since then he’s worked with hundreds of artists, songwriters, musicians and producers including Scott Thomas Robinson (Christina Aguilera, Demi Lovato, Bebe Rexha), Danny Flam (Kanye West), Andrew Joslyn (Kesha, Macklemore), Grammy winner Thomas Juth (Elton John, Luis Fonsi), Dan Konopka (OK Go), and JUNO nominees STORRY and Mahogany Frog.

In 2019 Jordan collaborated with Montreal artist December Rose to create "Raise Your Voice", which hit #8 on New Music Weekly's US AC charts, #4 on the indie charts and #29 in the US Top 40. They followed up this success with another hit, “When We Were Young” which held #1 status on the Indie charts for 6 consecutive weeks, on both AC and TOP40 US, amongst Top 10 rankings on several other charts. Another song, "Fast & Slow" by Matt Tremblay enjoyed several months of regular radio rotation across Canada and charting position on several francophone charts in both Canada and France.

In early 2021, Jordan participated in the Songwriters Association of Canada's annual songwriting camp where he collaborated with NOA (CTV's The Launch).

Jordan has now returned to his Saskatoon roots and is reconnecting with the Sask scene through writing and performing with local artists such as Farideh (former member of Rosie & the Riveters), Eemi, and Shayla Souliere.
