Blue Door Recording is "Saskatchewan’s premier, full-service commercial recording studio based in Regina, built for artists and creatives who are serious about their sound."

At its core, Blue Door is built around cultivating a calm and comfortable recording environment where ideas and creativity can flow freely, supported by world class equipment to capture moments at the highest level. By putting relationships with artists and creatives first, the studio fosters a space that encourages honest expression and creation.

The studio features state of the art equipment and a purpose built, acoustically engineered control room and live room, designed from the ground up by an expert acoustician. No detail was overlooked in shaping a space with exceptional acoustic response, allowing artists to capture the cleanest, most accurate recordings possible.

At the heart of the studio is a large acoustically treated live room, designed for full band, live off the floor recordings, alongside multiple isolation areas, allowing up to 32 channels to be tracked simultaneously. The recording and control rooms themselves are defining features of Blue Door, with non parallel surfaces to minimize standing waves and a fully decoupled, floating construction that creates a noticeably different recording experience the moment you step inside.

Whether capturing the raw energy of a band in the room or crafting a record layer by layer, Blue Door offers the flexibility to do both without compromise.

Led by chief engineer Walter Jeworski, Blue Door Recording is home to a roster of experienced engineers and producers working across genres including R&B, pop, country, indie, folk, rock, hip hop, hardcore, punk, and metal. Blue Door has worked with some of Saskatchewan’s most recognized artists, including Tenille Arts, Jeffrey Straker, Bears in Hazenmore, and Megan Nash, as well as award-winning emerging artists such as Ella Forrest, Melodna, and Zochi. Jeworski has recorded, mixed, and mastered hundreds of records, with over a hundred million streams across his discography.

Additionally, Blue Door specializes in commercial voice work, including audio advertising, narration, audiobooks, podcasts, and lectures. The physical space has also been utilized for content capture, video filming, photo shoots, and educational workshops.
