Description
Since the release of “Best Times” in 2015, Dagan has spent the better part of 2016/17 focusing on other projects, namely, demoing songs for his dance punk band Despistado (Jade Tree / Epitaph), and writing and recording new material for his electronic dance project “lone wolf dreamer”. Dagan has announced that he has recently also finished his latest solo collaborative EP, titled “I Learned How” which he will be announcing release plans for in the spring of 2018. It was recorded at Grind Central Studios in 2017 with the help of engineer producer Chris Dimas and a whole new lineup of player including Surf Dads’s Chris Dimas (drums) and Gage McGuire (guitar), as well as Nick Faye (vocals), Andrea Hedlund (violin, vocals)and Jon Wolfond (bass). “I Learned” is a heavier more earnest depiction of the fire that still burns in Dagan to make upbeat, melodic and energetic songs, with a pop punk 90’s finish.
