Guidewire is the music producer moniker for poly-media artist Ryan Hill. Hill is a graphic designer, interactive developer for virtual reality software, Board President for the Holophon Audio Arts organization, and many more projects within the province and beyond. His latest album is a collection of ambient pieces that explore the edges of textural manipulation; featuring 6 pieces of sonic sculpture that glisten in the mind. The synths, sound bending, and software techniques used, blending art with technology creates a darkness and light that reside in each track and is utterly compelling and haunting. Recorded at: home studio, Regina. Produced by: Ryan Hill. Released:

Electronic Sounds in Progress: The Waiting Room
Calling all electronic music enthusiasts! Welcome to "The Waiting Room," a space dedicated to showcasing my evolving electronic tracks. Think of it as a sonic sandbox where I experiment and share works in progress with you.
Please note that these tracks are under construction, and they might undergo changes or even be removed if they don't ultimately fit the direction I'm exploring. But fear not, any fully realized pieces will find a comfortable place to stay.
So, sit back, relax, and immerse yourself in these electronic experiments. You might just discover a future hit before it takes the main stage!
