Creative Work in the Era of AI: Protecting Well-Being and Identity
When
- April 30, 2026 - Showtime: 11:00am
AI is changing how creative work is made and how it feels to be a person in the arts right now. If you are feeling curious, unsettled, inspired, or overwhelmed – you are not alone.
Dr. Shelly-Anne Li, Director and Scientist of Research and Community Engagement at the Artists' Health Centre, University Health Network, will guide us through an interactive session that explores how rapid technological change can impact creative identity and mental health. Through guided reflection and discussion, we'll discuss tools for protecting well‑being, building resilience, and staying grounded in your creative practice.
