SaskMusic's Latest

SaskMusic is encouraging people to support and attend one of the many local fundraisers in support of northern relief happening in communities across the province.

Those include the Stronger Together Northern Relief Concert Series in Prince Albert on June 11 or the Hearts of the North fundraiser happening in Saskatoon on July 4, both of which SaskMusic has been proud to support.

If you're planning a wildfire support fundraiser please let us know so we can promote it on our channels.

Further, if immediate financial assistance is necessary, full time working artists may be eligible to apply to the Unison Fund.

Come Together applications close July 1, 2025

SaskMusic is thrilled to once again be hosting Come Together alongside Canada’s provincial music associations and SODEC. As a collective, we are working together to present two days of industry showcases and meetings in Toronto this November.

Come Together is an opportunity for artists from across Canada to meet with, build business relationships, and showcase for key music industry professionals from Toronto and surrounding areas including labels, agents, managers, publishers, music supervisors, publicists, and more. Participants will work directly with their music industry association to identify key music business contacts to invite and meet with.

This event has goals beyond showcasing with a push towards industry connections, team building and business strategies for both artists and businesses.

Application deadline is July 1, 2025, at 11:59 p.m. (PST).

Artists must be available to attend both days of programming and showcasing in Toronto, November 25-26, 2025.

Artists selected for this showcase may be eligible to apply to Creative Saskatchewan and other funding agencies for financial support. Sask artists are also paid an honorarium for their performance.

For more information and to apply, visit the application: https://airtable.com/appPXFP2QkrXiHpsK/shrNxffTR1ljlPHKE

This event is possible with support from Creative Saskatchewan and the Foundation Assisting Canadian Talent on Recordings (FACTOR).
