SaskPower Windscape Kite Festival and Long Day's Night Music Festival is hiring a sponsorship coordinator.
Key Responsibilities
As the Sponsorship Coordinator, you will be responsible for securing new sponsorships for our events.
Your tasks will include:
• Actively procuring sponsors for the Windscape Kite Festival and Long Day's Night Music Festival
• Invoicing and collecting sponsorships from businesses and partners
• Collecting sponsor logo digital files and ensuring proper sponsor recognition
• Managing and servicing sponsor partnerships and agreements
• Ensuring all sponsor benefits are implemented as per agreements
• Promoting the events with enthusiasm and a positive public image
Qualifications
• Proven experience in sponsorship procurement, fundraising, or sales
• Excellent communication and negotiation skills
• Ability to work independently with minimal supervision
• Strong organizational skills and attention to detail
• Familiarity with event sponsorships and partnerships is an asset
