Northern Air Announces Debut EP, Concerts, and Exclusive Northern Saskatchewan Tea Collaboration
Regina & Saskatoon, SK – Northern Air releases their highly anticipated debut EP and celebrates the occasion with a special tea blend created by northern Saskatchewan company Boreal Heartland of Air Ronge. This exciting collaboration has locally gathered ingredients to create the perfect northern air blend.
The tea, and CDs are available at this weekend's album release concerts in Saskatoon and Regina. As well, the album will be available for streaming on September 23rd across all major platforms.
To mark the release, Northern Air will host two album launch concerts in Saskatchewan:

The EP showcases Northern Air’s signature blend of rich harmonies, introspective lyricism, and atmospheric instrumentation. Rooted in the prairie landscape, the record offers a special glimpse into Shayne Lazarowich and Dara Schindelka's songwriting talents.
As a unique accompaniment to the release, the band has partnered with Boreal Heartland, a sustainable wildcrafting company based in Air Ronge, to create a custom tea blend inspired by the mood and spirit of the album. This handcrafted tea will be available for purchase at both concert events in limited quantities.
Fans attending the concerts will be the first to hear the EP live, along with exclusive performances of unreleased tracks. Merchandise, physical copies of the EP, and the Northern Air x Boreal Heartland tea blend will be available at both shows. They will also hear other Saskatchewan singer/songwriters throughout the special event.

About Northern Air:
Northern Air is made up of the duo Dara Schindelka and Shayne Lazarowich. This roots group is known for their harmonies, great original tunes, and easy going music. Both Dara and Shayne are celebrated prairie musicians with solo projects as well. Recently Northern Air has been part of the nominations for Emerging Artist of the Year as well as Interactive Artist of the Year by the Saskatchewan Country Music Association. Dara has also been nominated for Keyboard Instrumentalist of the Year by the Saskatchewan Country Music Association. In January of 2026, Northern Air has been chosen to showcase internationally at Your Roots Are Showing, a music showcase in Belfast, Ireland.
