Born and raised on the wide-open prairies of Saskatchewan, APRIL MOON — unstoppable duo Jaime April and Jason Moon — are bottling up quirky, boot-stompin’ vibes and serving them with a wink on their new EP, Forgiveness Juice.
Bursting with hometown, rural charm and irresistibly catchy energy, this collection slides easily between sun-soaked indie folk anthem Long May We Roam, playful honky-tonk with Uptown Lady Life, and big, guitar-driven grooves with Echoville, all wrapped up in the duo’s unmistakable rootsy spirit.
Following the success of their self-released album The Other One Was You, Jaime and Jason returned to the studio — or rather, two studios in Liverpool, UK — with support from a Help Musicians grant. It’s already making waves, with spins from BBC Introducing and Countryline Homegrown UK.
The party kicked off with a headline slot at Future Yard’s Americana All-Dayer in Birkenhead, UK over the weekend, before APRIL MOON hits the road for an extended tour across the UK, Europe, and Canada. Get ready to raise a glass — this is one batch of Forgiveness Juice you’ll want to drink down.
